The terms and conditions presented herein establish the contractual agreement between you and Forest row airport cabs. By booking a taxi and availing of our services, you acknowledge your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

  • In this agreement, “Forest row airport cabs,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” encompass individuals, businesses, or companies making a booking with us.

Booking

  • 2.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. Forest row airport cabs cannot be held responsible for delays arising from inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the scheduled collection time.

2.2 Ensure the ordered vehicle accommodates both passengers and luggage appropriately. We do not guarantee the carriage of excess luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered single passengers.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated during the booking process.

Prices & Payment

  • 3.1 Our quotation is based on the information provided by you. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quote in case of substantial changes to the specified itinerary.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs. Any excess waiting time will be charged at the standard waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Forest row airport cabs of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

  • 4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance passenger limits is mandatory.

Cancellations

  • 5.1 Notify us as soon as possible for cancellations to avoid charges. Post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on the driver’s time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 Charges may apply to cancellations made through the online booking system before vehicle dispatch.

Liability

  • 6.1 While we strive for on-time arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Forest row airport cabs is not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle to minimize delays.

6.4 You shall not hold Forest row airport cabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 Parties involved cannot exclude liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

  • 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

  • 8.1 Forest row airport cabs may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You shall not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Forest row airport cabs may modify terms and conditions at any time, with changes reflected on this page. Review these terms regularly; existing bookings adhere to rates effective at the time of booking.

8.3 Information processing adheres to the Data Protection Act of 1988 guidelines.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Forest row airport cabs and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions confer no benefits to third parties unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

  • Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Forest row airport cabs.
